2. Return Authorisation
Once you have received a confirmation that we have received your request Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and detailed instructions.
3. Pack Your Return
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags or labels. Include the return authorisation number with the item.
4. Shipping
We recommend keeping your tracking number, to ensure that your return reaches us safely. If you are returning with in Australia when submitting a return, we will send you an Australia post return form via email, print the label and attach it to your parcel, or if you use label less parcel please submit return and scan at your nearest local Australia post.
If you are an international customer when submitting a return, we will send you a DHL return form via email and you will need to contact DHL to arrange a pick up time slot. All shipping returns cost will be taken off your refund.

5. Notes
All clearance items cannot be returned. Facil swim is not liable for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
