8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping within Australia is free. International DHL express shipping costs $36 AUD or free on orders over $250 AUD.
Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to USA , Europe, Canada and international customers may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00am-17:00pm AEST. If you place an order Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped Monday morning. If your order is placed Monday to Friday, your item will be shipped within 24 hours, please wait 24 hours to receive a tracking number.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days days of receiving your item(s), subject to the items being unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Purchasing products through the Website is subject to the existing stock in Fácil swim warehouse. You cannot purchase a product that is marked as being out of stock.
